Mediation

Werner Sabo has been on the American Arbitration Association mediation panel for many years and has mediated a wide variety of construction cases. His knowledge of design and construction, as well as legal issues that affect the parties to a construction dispute, make him the ideal mediator for any construction dispute.

The preferred method for retaining Werner Sabo as a mediator is through the American Arbitration Association and requesting his services. On rare occasions, Mr. Sabo can be retained directly by agreement of the parties to the dispute.
