Arbitration

Werner Sabo has been on the American Arbitration Association arbitration panel for many years and has arbitrated cases from small projects to large, complex cases. He has served as a solo arbitrator as well as on panels of three arbitrators. His knowledge of design and construction, as well as legal issues that affect the parties to a construction dispute, make for an efficient and fair process.

The preferred method for retaining Werner Sabo as an arbitrator is through the American Arbitration Association and requesting his services. On rare occasions, Mr. Sabo can be retained directly by agreement of the parties to the dispute.
